"Lunch at Lancaster"
Lancaster Plantation in Barbados offers an unparalleled Barbadian experience. It brings together the most delightful blend of history, cuisine and floral fauna that leaves every visitor oohing and aahing. Their Sunday Planters buffet begins with drinks in a most magical garden. Tree ferns, orchids, heliconias and many other blooms surround you as you enjoy the sound of live piano music and the occasional friendly call of a parrot or two. Lunch is served in the opulent Sam Lord's room. Visitors are seated in the patio at elaborately decorated tables. The first course is soup followed by fish and the main course. The delicious planters buffet is followed by desert treats along with tea or coffee. The entire experience is a absolute delight all thanks to host John and Rain Chandler and their wonderful staff.
